In Loving Memory of Our Precious Angel

Our precious baby girl, Payton Ann Currin (“Pay Pay,” as her brothers called her), was born sleeping with angel wings. She took her first breath with Jesus on June 4, 2025. We are comforted knowing our heavenly family was waiting to hold our beautiful daughter in their arms, surrounding her with light and love. Payton was 5lb, 13oz, and 18.5 inches long.

Payton blessed us with the greatest gift of all, the opportunity for her three brothers and family to see her beautiful face and hold her sleeping body. Payton spent the night in her parents' arms, and although she never took a breath, she left deep footprints with her little feet on our hearts forever.

Payton was the beloved daughter of her loving parents, Madison and Ashley Currin. She is also survived by her adoring big brothers, Parker (13), Finley (11), and Grayson (6); her doting grandparents, Tony and Faye Currin (Papa Tony and Mama Faye); Jeff and Goldie Chapman (Pawpaw and Nana); Dan and Sandy Black (Pawpaw Dan and Gigi); and her bonus grandparents Charles and Debra Johnson (Pop the Charley and DD); her Godmothers Henrietta Henderlite and Shari Graham, and a family that cherishes her memory beyond words.

Though her time with us was brief, her memory will forever hold a special place in our hearts. She was a gift, a reminder of the beauty and love that can be found even in the face of such heartbreak.

A private service will be held to honor her life and celebrate the love she brought to our lives. Even in her absence, her light will continue to shine, our love for her will continue to grow, and her memory will forever be a blessing. Rest in peace, sweet angel, until we meet again. You will always be Mommy and Daddy's little girl; you will never be forgotten.
