Pedro Meda Obituary
Pedro O. Meda falleció pacíficamente en su hogar, rodeado por su amada familia, el 10 de marzo a los 54 años de edad.
Nacido en Ciudad de Guatemala, Guatemala, llegó a vivir a los Estados Unidos hace más de 25 años y se estableció en Chelsea con su esposa, Jacinta. Juntos formaron su familia y permanecieron en Chelsea. Pedro fue un padre amoroso, trabajador y más importante, comprometido con su familia. Trabajó durante muchos años como pintor hasta que su enfermedad se lo impidió.
Era hijo del difunto Pedro D. Meda Mendoza y Maria F. Girón Guevara.
Era el querido esposo de Jacinta A. Vásquez de Chelsea y devoto padre de Emerson Meda y Denisa Meda, ambos de Chelsea.
Se invita a familiares y amigos a asistir al velatorio en la funeraria Vertuccio Smith & Vazza, Beechwood Home for Funerals, 262 Beach St., Revere, el jueves 13 de marzo de 4:00 p.m. a 8:00 p.m. Una Misa de Cuerpo Presente se celebrará en la Iglesia de Santa Rosa de Lima, 600 Broadway, Chelsea, el viernes 14 de marzo a las 10:00 a.m., con la sepultura a continuación en el Cementerio Woodlawn, Everett.
Pedro O. Meda, passed away peacefully in his home, surrounded by his loving family on March 10th at 54 years of age.
Born in Guatemala City, Guatemala, he came to live in the United States over 25 years ago and settled in Chelsea with his wife, Jacinta. They started their family and remained in Chelsea. Pedro was a loving father and a hardworking provider for his family. He worked for many years as a painter until his illness prevented him from doing so.
He is the son of the late Pedro D. Meda Mendoza and Maria F. Giron Guevara.
He is the beloved husband of Jacinta A. Vasquez of Chelsea and devoted father of Emerson Meda and Denisa Meda, both of Chelsea.
Family and friends are invited to attend Visiting Hours in the Vertuccio Smith & Vazza, Beechwood Home for Funerals, 262 Beach St., Revere on Thursday, March 13th from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated in St. Rose of Lima Church, 600 Broadway, Chelsea on Friday, March 14th at 10:00 a.m. with interment following in Woodlawn Cemetery, Everett.
