My sincere condolences to Stuart and family. Peggy was so precious in the Hilliard family eyes and heart. I already miss texting with her. Peggy was there for me and my family during Judy's illness, ensuring we understand what was being told to us regarding her health. I am blessed to have had Peggy in my life and my best friend. I will miss her dearly. I am here for you. Love, Highlight (Judy's sister).
