Peggy Grosch Obituary
Mrs. Grosch was born in Manchester, TN, to her late parents Johnny Yates and Annette Dick Yates. She was a homemaker all her life and was a member of Asbury Community Church. Mrs. Grosch enjoyed cooking and baking. She loved feeding her hummingbirds and loved gardening. Mrs. Grosch also enjoyed collecting Coca Cola memorabilia. She has been a lifelong resident of the Asbury community and called it home all her life.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Mitchell Grosch; brother, Wayne Yates; granddaughter, Courtney Howland.
Mrs. Grosch is survived by sons, James Michael Grosch (Donna) and Steven L. Grosch (Akenda); daughters, Patricia Ann Howland (Ricky) and Karen Parkison (Michael); sister, Dee Adams; grandchildren, Josh Grosch (Athena), Jennifer Tucker (Chris), Matthew Howland (Whitney), Kaitlyn Grosch, Faith Wooten (Sam), Austin Parkison (Megan), Rachel Bentley (Ryan), Jacob Parkison (Meliana), and Brittany Morrison (Jason); 19 great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held Thursday, May 2, 2024, from 5:00pm until 8:00pm at Central Funeral Home in Manchester, TN. Funeral services will be conducted Friday, May 3, 2024, at 1:00pm in the chapel of Central Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Asbury Cemetery in Coffee Co.
