Peggy was a supervisor at Shumen Heritage Printing Company for over 25 years. She had a heart of gold and would do anything for her family and friends.
Peggy leaves to cherish her memory, son, Chad M. Howard, Sr; step children, Rickey M. Howard, Jr. and Summer Howard Koons; grandchildren, Jaden Howard, Chad M. Howard, Jr and Natalia Dull; sister, Tammy Thomas; and life long friend, Cindy Tome. She was preceded in death by son, Danny L. Dull.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held on Saturday, April 4, 2026. Details to follow.
See you on the other side Momma! I will miss you so much but I know you are finally at peace and in heaven with Danny. See you when we get there mom. Love, Chad
