A graveside service will be conducted at 1 o'clock pm, Wednesday, April 1st, at Springfield Memorial Gardens with Bro. Jackson Watts officiating.
The family will receive friends at Austin & Bell Funeral Home in Pleasant View on Wednesday from 10:00AM until 12:00PM.
Mrs. Peggy was born on January 27, 1939, in Guthrie, Kentucky, to the late Finis & Mary Coleman Parker. She was a homemaker who was an avid animal lover. She was of the Methodist faith.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Robert Hughes; and brothers, Ray Higdon and Robert & Doyle Parker.
She is survived by her daughters, Susan (Jim) Gilliam and Becky (Anthony) Davis; and granddaughters, Arieal & Samantha Davis.
