Taylor– Peggy Perona Taylor, age 67, of Jacksonville, Florida passed away on June 17, 2025. She was born on January 28, 1958, in Peoria, Illinois, to the late Ronald E. Perona and Doris Guth Perona. Peggy dedicated many years of her life as a store manager at Pic N Save, where her leadership and compassion left a lasting impression on coworkers and customers alike. Her professional life was marked by a strong work ethic and a genuine desire to help others. Known for her ever-present smile and heart of gold, Peggy found joy in bringing comfort to those around her. She had a deep love for arts and crafts and especially enjoyed making blankets for her family. Peggy's creativity was matched only by the love she poured into her role as an incredible mother and grandmother. She brought warmth and kindness into the lives of all who knew her. Peggy is preceded in death by her parents; husband, David Taylor; brother, Tony Perona. Peggy leaves behind her significant other of 15 years, James Miller; son, Larry (Angel) Mosley; brother, Ronald (Eda) Perona, II; sisters, Rhonda (Glenn) McClure, Beverly (Mark) Pearson, Dawn Scott, Brenda (Ed) Dunwoody; grandchildren, Christian, Angel, Dalton, Madison; great grandchildren, Naomi, Christopher, Jayden, and Skylar.
