Penny Helmick Obituary
Penny was born on December 8, 1964, in Winchester, VA, the daughter of Bradley T. & Joann Kump Foltz both of Winchester, VA. Penny was a 1983 graduate of James Wood High School and was a member of the Timber Ridge Christian Church in High View. Penny worked for 14 years at Berryville Graphics, and enjoyed roller skating, lighthouses, going to the beach especially the Outer Banks, and traveling. She loved watching NASCAR and was a fan of Dale Earnhart, Sr., Donald Trump and liked working in her yard.
Surviving with both her parents is her brother Mark T. Foltz (Melissa) of Martinsburg, WV; one niece: Lilly Foltz.
A funeral service will be held at Timber Ridge Church on Saturday, June 14, 2025, at 11:00 AM. Interment will follow in the church cemetery. Officiating will be Pastor Mike VanderLinden.
The family will receive friends at the church one hour prior to the service.
Memorial contributions may be made in memory of Penny to the Shenandoah Oncology, 400 Campus Blvd., Suite 100, Winchester, VA 22601.
