Penny Michelle Summerling, affectionately known as Shell, passed away on September 15, 2025, in her hometown of Dallas, Texas. Born on March 7, 1963. Penny’s vibrant spirit, laughter, and love will forever echo in the hearts of those who knew her. She was a proud graduate of Roosevelt High School, class of 1981. Penny loved life, family, and friends. She had a beautiful, funny and comical personality; and found special joy in spending time with her grandchildren. Penny exemplified great strength while facing declining health ~ 2 Corinthians 12:9. She had an affectionate personality and never met a stranger. Penny will be greatly missed.
