Percy Smith Obituary
In 1950, Percy married his first wife Donna Allen. They had 4 children and were married for 50 years before her passing in March of 2000. In October of 2002, Percy married Marian Lundberg and they enjoyed 23 years together.
Percy worked as a fire fighter for the St. Helens Fire Department for many years. When he wasn't on shift he also worked in maintenance at Jordan Motor Company and Emmert Motors; he also became a handyman after retiring. He volunteered at Habitat for Humanity restoring old furniture - he could fix anything. He was a member of the Elks Lodge, the RV travel club The Hay Riders, and the Small Woodsman Club.
He is survived by his wife, Marian Smith; his children: Karen, Gwen, David, and Larry; step children: Catherine, Sara, Doreen, Judi, and Rick; grandchildren: Jeff, Betsy, Taryn, Kelsey, Gary, Lucas, and Jessica; and many step grandchildren as well as numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his sister Betty.

Percy was a great neighbor....he helped us snow plow our driveway for many years...we loved all his great history stories through the years...we could listen to him for hours...He will be missed

Gonna miss this gentle soft spoken man. I loved visiting with he and Aunt Marian at their house. He could fix anything and was the best deer whisperer ever! Here Dearie Dearie! Rest easy Uncle Percy! End of your watch, we got it from here!
