Percy Dwight Starr

Percy Dwight Starr, 56, passed away on September 27, 2023, at his home where he resided with his daughter in Shawnee, Oklahoma. He had been battling with dialysis for 10+ years.
Mr. Starr was born to Chief G. Starr and Georgia May Hicks on June 27, 1967, in Okmulgee, Oklahoma. He attended Murrow Boarding School and Stillwater High School. He met his wife Maurine V. Fixico and they shared over 20 years together. They were blessed with three sons, Samuel D. Jim, Daniel L. Jim, and Mathew G. Jim, and one daughter Kimberly M. Jimclark.
Mr. Starr had many hobbies and talents that he liked to do in his spare time. He also loved the Oklahoma Sooners.
Percy was predeceased by his father Chief G. Starr, mother Georgia M. Hicks, wife Maurine V. Fixico, one brother Tim Starr, and one son Samuel Dwight Jim.
He is survived by his two sons Daniel L. Jim and Mathew G. Jim; his daughter Kimberly M. Jimclark; two brothers Dennis Starr and Bunny Starr; two sisters Denise Starr and Penny Hicks; eleven grandkids Sean M., Gabriel M., Isabella M., Tristan R., Elizabeth V., and Morgan M. Stevens; Nuvarro Tre Jim, Mia, Makiya, Maylee, and Neo'myan Jim; many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
A visitation for Mr. Starr has been planned for Monday, October 2, 2023, from 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m at AE Funeral Services in Shawnee, Oklahoma.
