Perry Deshawn Reed was born February 10, 2000 in Nashville, Tennessee to Tiffany Church and Gregory Reed. He departed the sweet life on Wednesday, March 27, 2024 at Vanderbilt Medical Center in Nashville, Tennessee.
Perry was educated in the Nashville Davidson County Schools. He accepted Christ in his life at an early age.
Perry was loved by his family and friends and will be missed.
