Pete Gruhot Obituary
Born on June 13, 1955 in Providence, RI, he was the son of the late Pete Gruhot, Sr. and the late Keitha Ford Gruhot.
Pete served the CSX railroad system for thirty-seven years. She loved going out to eat and traveling across the United States. He was an avid fan of the Tennessee Volunteers. He also enjoyed spending time in the warm winters of Florida.
Left to cherish his memories are his wife of twenty years; Valerie Gruhot of the home, his daughter; Mandy Gruhot of Carter County, TN, his sister; Rose Mary Mitchell of Knoxville, TN, his stepson; Parris Senior of Monroe, NC, three grandchildren, two step grandchildren, two loving aunts and several cousins.
The family will receive friends on Wednesday, September 24, 2025 from 12:00 noon until 1:00 pm at Webb Funeral Home. Graveside service and interment will be in the Spruce Pine Memorial Cemetery.
