Peter “Pete” J. Hoffman, Jr., 61, of Bismarck, passed away peacefully at NHC Nursing Facility in Desloge, on Saturday, April 20, 2024. He was born on Sunday, March 17, 1963, in St. Louis.
Pete found joy in watching wrestling matches, attending Sprint and Hobby Stock races and fishing. He enjoyed spending time with his family, especially his nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, sister Petie and husband Tommy, along with his cherished fur babies - Gidget, Rocky, and Cholie, who brought him immense happiness.
He was preceded in death by his father, Peter John Hoffman, Sr.; stepmother, Hazel Irene (Dowd) Hoffman; brother, Adam Hoffman; brothers-in-law, Raymond Brewer and Kevin Brewer.Pete is survived by his loving wife, Sherri (Brewer) Hoffman of 19 years; daughter, Joanna Hoffman; sister, Glenda “Petie” Ackfeld and husband Tommy. His memory will live on in the hearts of all who knew him.
Pete’s wishes were to be cremated. The family is planning a Celebration of Life service at a later date. To help the family with funeral expenses you can donate to C.Z Boyer & Son- Desloge.
