Peter J. Emigh

Peter J. Emigh, 77, of Macungie, passed away at home on January 10, 2026. He was the loving husband of Donna H. Emigh. Born in Milwaukee, WI, he was the son of the late Clarence "Pete" Emigh and Dorothy (Schroeder) Emigh.

Pete was a graduate of Marquette University High School in Milwaukee, WI and Tulane University. Following college, Pete built a successful career in the insurance industry, serving as vice president at Myers, Benner Corporation. Pete was an avid and accomplished golfer and loved being out on the course. He was a member of Lehigh Country Club where he developed many lasting friendships over the years. Pete loved all sports and was a lifelong and devoted fan of Wisconsin sports. He rarely missed cheering on the Badgers and Packers.

Above all else, Pete was a wonderful man – kind, loyal, sincere, selfless and blessed with a great sense of humor. Pete had a strong Catholic faith and deeply loved his family and cherished his grandchildren, who brought endless smiles and joy into his life.

Pete is survived by his wife Donna, his son Peter C. ("PC") Emigh and his wife Teresa and grandchildren: Harvey, Cecilia and Lucille of Las Vegas, NV. His sisters Mary Krahn of Brookfield, WI and Susie Styrlund of Redmond, WA. His stepson: Michael J Jacobs and his wife Hillary Comb and grandson: Henrik Jacobs of New York, NY, and many loving nieces and nephews and their families. He was preceded in death by his Son: Timothy D. Emigh.

A Memorial Mass will be celebrated on Wednesday, February 4, 2026, at 11:00 at St Thomas More Catholic Church 1040 Flexer Ave. Allentown, PA. There will be a calling hour from 10-11:00 prior to the Mass.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in Pete's honor to support a cancer charity of choice.
