Of Buffalo, entered into rest on March 14, 2026. Beloved father of Lieutenant Colonel (Air Force) Shawn (Michele) Griffin, Peter (Diane) Griffin Jr., Kerri (Samuel) Chudy, and the late Melissa Griffin; Cherished Papa of Riana (Mina), Caeley, Hayden, Amia, River, Carissa, and Chance; Loving great-papa of Zion; Former husband of Mary Lou and Jeanne; Pre-deceased by his parents and 4 siblings. Also survived by many nieces, nephews, family and friends, and his Canine companion MJ. Relatives and friends may visit the LOMBARDO FUNERAL HOME (Snyder Chapel) 4614 Main St., near Harlem Rd., on Friday March 20, from 4-8 PM. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Saturday March 21, at St. Rose of Lima Church, 500 Parker Ave., Buffalo, NY 14216 at 9:30 AM. Please assemble at church.
