Peter Andrew Hines Age 69 of St. Louis Park, passed away unexpectedly on September 21, 2025. He will be deeply missed by his loving wife, Claudia; children, Allison Mena (Eric), and Gregory Hines (Max Wirsing); grandchildren, Samantha Mena, Silas Goldthwaite; siblings, Linda Laak (Mike), Nancy Grady, Joe Hines (Janet), Susan Hines, Margaret Hines; father, Tom. He is preceded in death by mother, Mary Lou Hines. Peter loved skiing, golfing, home projects, and spending time with his family. He enthusiastically offered his talents in electrical, plumbing, gardening, landscaping, woodworking and home improvement to family, friends, and neighbors. He took pride organizing the Invalid Open, a golfing event for over 30 years. Peter obtained his computer programming certificate from Control Data Institute. He offered consulting services and IT support to County Seat, Unisys Corp, and a variety of other companies. Since 2016, he worked as a database manager for US Bank where he planned to retire next year. His mind was a computer and his heart made of gold. He was a force of nature with his presence, laughter, humor, and booming voice. He will be deeply missed by all. A private memorial service is planned for immediate family. A celebration of Peter's life will be held on October 28, 2025, from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm at Warehouse Winery, 6415 Cambridge Street, St. Louis Park, MN 55426.
