Peter was a great dude with whom I hung out a lot at Marlboro. After the car crash in Brattleboro where most of the kids were thrown out of the car Pete was sort of thrown out in the space between the hood and the windshield with the car upside down. One of the cops said to the other "I think we gotta a dead one here" to which Pete responded "the hell I am!" in his classic deadpan style. Miss you dude!

We got to know Peter when he and Rhonda moved into a small house we owned in the center of Belchertown. They were great tenants and they could have stayed forever except a family member needed the space. Peter was gentle and friendly and It was relaxing to be around him. Our love to Rhonda, we will be here if she needs anything. Steve and Meg Lanphear

We traveled to New York City in77´-78´ to see the DeKooning show from Vermont never made it to the show. We found a "brew and Burger" in Times Square (not the corporate theme park of today) for $5 we got a burger and all the beer we could consume and stayed for about 8 hours entertaining the staff who were amazed that we came from Vermont.
