**In Loving Memory of Peter P. Simon III**
**April 23, 1954 – September 21, 2024**
Peter P. Simon III, age 70, of Burlington Township, NJ, passed away peacefully on Saturday, September 21, 2024, with his loved ones at his side.
Born and raised in Trenton, NJ, Peter was the son of the late Henry and Patricia Simon. Over the years, he called several places home, including Langhorne, PA, before settling in Burlington for the past seven years. Peter owned and operated Trentypo Inc., a longstanding respected family printing business in Trenton, New Jersey, which began with his father and spanned three generations. His industrious spirit, however, was balanced by a profound love of life's simple pleasures.
For more than three decades, Peter found adventure in the snowy trails of the Adirondack Mountains, where his passion for snowmobiling fueled countless fun excursions. When not on the trails, Peter's joy was under the sun. He tended to his vibrant flower garden with care, swam daily in his backyard oasis, cycled countless miles throughout the Tri-State area, bowled and played shuffleboard with friends. No summer day was complete without relaxing poolside, but what he treasured most were the gatherings he hosted. His home was a beacon for family and friends, where laughter echoed through backyard parties, and Peter's warmth and hospitality brought people together.
Above all, Peter's greatest love was his family. He was a devoted husband, father, grandfather, brother, uncle, and friend. His legacy of kindness, generosity, and an unwavering spirit lives on in the hearts of all who knew him.
Peter is survived by his beloved wife of 50 years, Carol S. Simon (née Calvi), and their children, Peter P. Simon IV (Lindsay Simon, spouse) and Bonnie S. Goldman (Alexander Goldman, spouse), as well as his adoring grandchildren, Jack Henri Goldman and Emilia Rose Simon. He also leaves behind his cherished siblings: Barbara Knecht (Harry Knecht, spouse), Charles Simon (Pat Simon, spouse), and Patricia Simon; his brother and sister-in laws Randy and Donna Whittaker, Lynn Simon, and Joan Calvi Ellis. He was preceded in death by his brother Theodore Simon. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews, Kevin, Chris, Jaime, Ted, Debbie, Kimberly, Chuck, Neil, Kara, Brian, Johnny, Lisa, Doreen, Jennifer, and Danny.
Relatives and friends are invited to celebrate Peter's life at his visitation on Saturday, September 28th, 2024, from 12:00–2:00 PM, followed by a memorial service at 2:00 PM at Mount Laurel Home for Funerals, 212 Ark Road, Mount Laurel, NJ 08054.
Peter will be deeply missed, but his memory will forever remain in the hearts of all who loved him.
