Peter Sorochinski Obituary

Obituary published on Legacy.com by Lambie Funeral Home - Philadelphia on Dec. 15, 2024.
With profound love and respect, we announce the unexpected passing of Peter (Pete) A Sorochinski, Jr. on December 10, 2024. Born on June 2, 1997, in Pequannock Township, NJ, Peter was a beacon of resilience and dedication. His life was a testament to these qualities, whether it was his unyielding loyalty to his loved ones or his unwavering commitment to his work as a Union Heavy Equipment Operator in the construction field for over a decade.
Peter's life was as vibrant and dynamic as his beloved hobbies of motocross or riding motorcycles, quads or side by sides. His spirit was as vast and enduring as his favorite place, the woods. Generous in spirit and heart, Peter held a deep and abiding commitment to providing for his family and building a life that was both meaningful and fulfilling. His resilience saw him transition from Hewitt, New Jersey, to Cascade, Virginia, across the nation to California where he met the love of his life Vanessa and finally to Levittown, Pennsylvania, where he resided for three years.
He is survived by his loving fiance Vanessa Rowan, his cherished daughter Sadie Sorochinski, his mother, Michele Shell and his step father, Michael, his father Peter Sr., and step mother, Sherri, his sister Samantha Sorochinski, his grandmother (Nana), JoAnn Doran, his grandparents, Ed and Noreen Conklin, his aunts, uncles and cousins. Each of them carry a piece of Peter's generous spirit, his resilient strength, and his dedicated love within them.
In celebrating Peter's life, we encourage friends and family to share their memories and upload photos to his memorial page. This tribute will not only stand as a testament to his unique life but also as a beacon of his enduring spirit. Let's remember Peter, not just in our hearts, but in the collective memory that we create and share. Light a candle, see it glow, watch it dance when you feel low. Think of me, think of light, I will aways be here day or night.
A private remembrance will be held with Peter's immediate family. A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, January 4th, 2025, his family will release details as soon as they are available. In lieu of flowers, please donate to the Go Fund Me, to support Vanessa and Sadie during this time.
