Peter Ray Tonto, born on April 14, 1988, in Phoenix, Arizona, away on January 24, 2026, also in Phoenix. He received his high school diploma and was known for his love of the outdoors, and spending time in nature.
Peter lived most of his life in San Carlos. He traveled around some and passed away in Phoenix where he has lived the last few years.
Peter is survived by his twin brother, Perry Tonto; his aunt, Suzi Scott; his nephew, Dominic Tonto; and his niece and cousin, Chris Scott.
He is Preceded in death by mother Carmelita tonto, Uncle Tyron Tonto, Grandmother Rita Goode, Grandfather Hollis Tonto.
Family and friends are invited to attend a viewing in Peter's honor, which will take place on February 6, 2026, at Lamont Mortuary of Globe, located at 328 S Hill St, Globe, AZ 85501. The viewing will be from 8:00 AM until 12:00 PM.
