Phil is survived by his sisters, Lora (Jeanette) Longhurst and Faye (Brent) Olsen, as well as his three children, Dillon Waggoner, Miranda (Garrett) Whitehead, Lauren (Jonah) Sawyer, his grandson Liam Sanchez as well as many nieces and nephews.
