Philip Keith Arrison, 69, of Wallenpaupack Lake Estates in Paupack Township, Wayne County died Friday, February 21, 2025 at Geisinger-CMC following an illness. His wife is the former Judith A. Dennison. Judy and Phil got together in September 2000 and married June 27, 2007.
Born February 6, 1956 in Trenton, NJ, he was the son of the late Carl W. and Kay (Philips) Arrison. Phil worked for the State of New Jersey from 1979 until April 1, 2004, when he retired from the New Jersey State Park Police. He worked in the ranks from Ranger to Chief Ranger and onto Regional Chief Ranger. These ranks have since changed when the rangers became State Park Police to sergeant and Lieutenant.
Phil was honorably discharged from the Army on March 26, 1980. He served as military police. He was a member of the American Legion Post 139 of Milford, PA.
Phil will be dearly missed by his family and friends.
Surviving in addition to his wife are his son Scott K. Arrison of Bristol, PA; his sister: Brenda Bilardo of Hamilton Twp. NJ; his niece Heather Bilardo of North Carolina; nephews William Arrison of California, and Christopher Arrison of Newtown, PA; and beloved cousin Terri Apuzzo of Brick Township,NJ.
Philip was preceded in death by his Infant son Philip Keith Arrison Jr., and his brother Arthur Arrison in 2021.
Interment and rite of committal along with military honors will be conducted at Washington Crossing National Cemetery in Newtown, PA on April 30, 2025 at 1:30 pm.
