Beloved husband of Helen (nee Madden); loving father of Michele (Billy) Roche and the late Michael (Pam) Englert; proud grandfather of Michael, Katelyn, Laura (Mike), Kellie (Billy) & Kristen and great-grandfather of Madison, Ryland, Dylan, Amelia, Emma, Liam, and Michael. Dear brother-in-law of Marijane Easha and Bill (Cindy) Madden; and loving cousin of John and William McGuire.
Philip was a United States Army Veteran and retired Chicago Police Officer.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Chicago Police Memorial Foundation at cpdmemorial.org.
Visitation Monday April 14, 2025, from 10 AM until time of Funeral Service 12 PM at Hickey Memorial Chapel, 2100 Calistoga Drive, New Lenox, IL 60451. Interment Holy Sepulchre Cemetery.
