Anthony John Englert

Anthony John Englert 59, of Indianapolis passed away in Bowling Green, Indiana on November 4, 2025. He was born January 22,1966 in Indianapolis to the late Anthony Englert and Betty (Hasselburg) Englert.
Anthony was a retired maintenance technician for the State of Indiana. He was mechanically inclined and could fix almost anything. He was a lifelong motorcycle rider. Anthony also enjoyed spending time outdoors, especially fishing. He loved his family and spending time with his grandchildren at the lake. He was always helping others. Anthony was the life of any party and was adored and loved by many people.
Anthony is survived by his wife Paula Englert. His children Jennifer, Nyoika, Emily, Toni, Haley (Dylan), Anthony Austin, Jaiden, and Jessalin, brother Ted Englert and sisters Lois (Calvin), Tina (Ron), Barbara (Kevin), and Frona. He will also be remembered and missed by his nineteen grandchildren as well as many nieces and nephews. He also is survived by his many friends including his special friend Kristen.
He is preceded in death by his father, Anthony Englert, his mother, Betty (Hasselburg) Englert, brother Terry Englert and brother-in- law Ron Lewis.
Service for Anthony will be 1:30p.m., Thursday, November 13, 2025, at Singleton Community Mortuary and Memorial Center, 1202 South Lynhurst Drive, Indianapolis, Indiana 46241 with calling from 12:00p.m. until the time of service. The family requests donations be made directly to the funeral home to help defray funeral expenses. 317-885-7585
