Philip Fuoco Jr, age 97 passed away peacefully on June 18, 2024 at The Highlands Of Brighton, Rochester, NY after a short illness.
He was born on April 10, 1927 in Oswego to Phillip and Rose Fuoco.
Phil leaves behind his son Michael Fuoco of Livonia and his Brother Augie (Joyce) Fuoco of Rush as well as his stepchildren Bonnie (Roger) Tobey of Rush, Barry Finley of Henrietta, Brian Finley of Livonia and Bruce (Jovene) Finley of Georgia, as well as several grandchildren and great grandchildren and a great great grandchild. He also leaves many nieces and nephews.
Philip was predeceased by his beloved wife Jane of 37 years and his sister Marie Rossi and brother Michael.
Phil was a US Army veteran who was very proud of his service to his country and served two tours in World War II and Korea. He worked for Rochester Telephone for 29 years and always loved telling jokes to all his family and friends. He was a New York Yankees fan and you could always count on him watching the ball games every chance he got.
At Phil's request, a private service and interment will be held for the family.
