Philip Louis Giroir, III has left this earth to join our Heavenly Father in eternal peace on Saturday, November 14, 2009 at 5:57pm. Age 76 years. Loving and devoted husband of Marilynn D’Aquin Giroir. Son of the late Philip Louis Giroir, Jr. and Ethel Bourg Giroir. Beloved father of Laurie Giroir Graves (Jerry), Linda Giroir Berryman (Tom) and Philip Louis Giroir, IV (Jeanmarie). Brother of Ethel Giroir Carter. Paw Paw of Jeremy Giroir, Justin and Ron Graves, Brandon and Brittany Berryman. Also survived by 6 great granddaughters and numerous nieces and nephews. Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend a Funeral Mass at LAKE LAWN METAIRIE FUNERAL HOME CHAPEL, 5100 Pontchartrain Blvd. (in Metairie Cemetery) on Friday, November 20, 2009 at 12:00 p.m. Interment will follow in Lake Lawn Park Mausoleum.
