It is with a broken heart that we announce the passing of our son, brother, nephew, cousin and friend, Philip Adrian Mullin.
Philip was born in Honolulu, Hawaii on October 31st, 1974 to Charles E. Mullin III and Flora O. Mullin. Philip passed into the care of Our Lord on October 9th, 2025
When he was younger, Philip enjoyed playing sports, where he played soccer, baseball and softball. His interests later in life extended into art. Philip was highly creative, working in different mediums of photography, digital graphics, animation and model making. He found joy in drawing. He was a great artist in both his physical and digital art.
Philip enjoyed playing video games. He combined his love of video games with his art. He created a life-sized replica of his favorite character, an NCR Ranger, from one of his favorite video games, Fallout: New Vegas.
Philip was a member of the Teamsters, spending 17 years loading and unloading trucks for distribution of goods across the country.
During the last few years of his life, Philip faced a battle with mental illness. Despite the challenges, he loved his family and was deeply loved by them. In spite of his illness, Philip would offer his help and listen attentively to others in need.
