Phil was a wonderful man.
He introduced me to the Schildwachter transaction.
With Steve & Phil i was able to buy the oil terminal.
We worked on a few other deals together over the past 30 years.
I am truly sorry for your loss, my sincere condolences to the entire Tulotta family.
i will be sending a donation to the Calvary Hospice
as you requested.
Respectfully
Thomas R Borek
