He accepted Christ as an early age. He grew up in the church.
Phillip was known for having a big heart; he was making people laugh and he love to sing, dance,k and he loved to draw.
Phillip was preceded in death by his parents, Brady and Gladys Walker; brothers, Rudolph Walker, Brady Walker III, and Joel Lee Walker, and sister, Peggy Francis.
Phillip leaves to cherish his beloved wife, Jocelyn Knotts (Walker); Sister, Angela Walker (Medlock) Andrew Medlock Sr.; Shirley Hunter (Francis) Johnny Hunter; Verna Francis. Nephews, Brian K. Howard, Andrew Medlock Jr., Brady Medlock, David Medlock, Michael D. Francis; Nieces, Renesia Franciss, Alecia Francis, Marchelle and Marchon Moffett.
Phillip will be remembered by a host of relatives and friends.
