He is preceded in death by, his mother; Phyllis Banashley, father; Fred Banashley Jr. and brother; Fred Banashley III.
Services for Phillip will begin with a Wake, Thursday June 6, 2024, starting at 10:00 am, at 809 N. 1st Ave, Whiteriver, Arizona, followed by a Home Service the following morning June 7, 2024, also starting at 10:00 am at the same location. Interment will follow the service, at Whiteriver Cemetery.
