Phillip Don Carter

Phillip Don carter, age 54, passed away February 6, 2024. He was born March 8, 1969 in Crossett, Arkansas to the late Felix Winnaford and Alice Diane Gray. He was a member at First United Methodist Church in Fountain Hill, Arkansas. He was an avid outdoorsman who love hunting, fishing, and especially frog gigging. He loved his family and spending time with them, especially his grandchildren.
Other than his parents he is preceded in death by his sister Rhonda Michelle Wormser. He is survived by his significant other of 22 years Sheila Kirkham; sons; John Franklin Gray Carter of Milton, FL, Cameron Kirkham, of Boydell, AR, and Justin Kirkham of McGehee, AR; daughters, Tamra Thompson of Monticello, AR, and Amber Morgan of McGehee, AR; brothers, Ricky Carter of McGehee, AR, David Carter of Corinth Community, AR, Boyd Fletcher Savage, of Warren, AR, Rocky Savage, of Fountain Hill, AR, and Bobby Savage, of Crossett, AR; sister Sharon Spurlock, of Monticello, AR; and five grandchildren.
