Phillip Clark Sr., widower of Wanda Pelfrey Clark, passed away Sunday, February 26, 2023 at home surrounded by his family. He was born August 31, 1940 in Greendale Township, Michigan to the late James Arthur and Agusta Emma Noack Clark. Phillip was an Army Veteran serving in the Vietnam War. He loved the outdoors, especially his time logging and working in the sawmill. Survivors include, sons, Phillip (Julie) Clark Jr. and James (Chelsea) Clark; sister, Joy Ann Durbin; grandchildren, Jacquelynn (Logan) Arvin, Wyatt (Alli Collins) Clark, Peyton Clark, Sylas Clark, and Landry Clark. He was preceded in death by his parents, wife, Wanda Clark; brothers, Mark Clark and Tommy Clark; and sisters, Lena Clark, Rebecca Richendrfer, Naomi Wells, and June Cornellius. Services Thursday, March 2, 1:00PM Wells Funeral Home by Bro. David Richendrfer. Visitation Wednesday 5-9pm at the funeral home. Burial in Stanton Cemetery with Jacquelynn Arvin, Logan Arvin, Wyatt Clark, Alli Collins, Peyton Clark, Larry Young Jr., James Faulkner, and Eddie Wells. Honorary pallbearers Joe & Nancy Cornellius, Kandie Hufnal, Larry Young Sr., Richard Fain, Derick Merion, Ronnie Hall, Gary Crabtree, Jean Howard, Chuck Albaugh, Dennis Priest, Scott Salchi, David & Sandy Wood, Gary & Sandra Coleman, Joe and Sandra Holdren, and all of the 4 Guys Campground gang. In lieu of flowers contributions suggested to Hospice East, 407 Shoppers Drive, Winchester, KY 40391.
