Phillip Derrick Obituary
Phillip Anthony Derrick, age 46, died unexpectedly at home on January 3, 2024.
He was born September 25, 1977, to the late Edward and Shirley Derrick. He is also preceded in death by sister, Catherine Derrick and brothers in law, Pete Reale, Tony Nolan and Tim Smith. Survived by sisters, Debbie Reale, Vicky Nolan, Dorothy Barrett(Joe), Jennifer Spiceland, Michelle Banks(Mike), Kelly Carter(Adam), Mellissa Smith, Stacie Timmons(Dustin), Jackie Weatherly; brothers, Joe Derrick(Teresa), David Derrick(Kim); 31 nieces and nephews and 50 great-nieces and nephews.
Honorary pallbearers: Tony Reale, Chris Reale, Jacob Barrett, Paul Derrick, Justin Nix, Tyler Derrick, Patrick Nolan, Tommy Nolan, Steven Trotter, Hunter Hudson, Robert Derrick, Carson Greer, Will Smith, Dylan Timmons, Sam Weatherly, Jackson Weatherly, Ross Derrick, Ben Derrick, Patrick Derrick, Steve A. Trotter.
Phillip was a great man who loved everyone. He was a hard worker and a talented carpenter. He loved playing cards, singing karaoke and cooking for others at the Moose Lodge. He enjoyed spending time and cracking jokes with family.
Celebration of Life will be held on Friday, January 12, 2024, from 3-7 p.m. at Harpeth Hills Pavilion on Hwy 100.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Nashville Dolphins or West Nashville Moose Lodge #2221.
