Phil was born on September 14, 1942, to Elwood Edwards and Marvyl (Wheaton) Steffonich in Denver, Colorado.
He grew up in Golden and spent the majority of his life in Wheatridge, Colorado. In 1963, Phil was married to Lillian Entihar. Together they had three children.
Phil was passionate about water skiing, motorcycle riding, and art. There was nothing he couldn’t fix, and he was always willing to lend a hand to anyone in need. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, brother, and uncle.
Phil is survived by his wife, Lillian Edwards; children, Anthony (Kim) Edwards, Elizabeth (Les) Konley, and Alex (Suzanne) Edwards; grandchild Cassia Konley; sister Lori Morgan; nieces Sharon and Stacey; and nephew, Bob.
He is preceded in death by his parents
Memorial Service will be held Monday, February 19, 2024, 1pm, Horan & McConaty Family Chapel, 3101 S. Wadsworth Blvd., Lakewood.
