He is survived by his wife of 50+ years, Lorena M. (Finch) Hamrick; daughter, Frances Hamrick of Shippensburg; sister, Phyllis Howard; niece, Lisa Howard and nephew, Michael Howard and wife, Lori.
Professional services have been entrusted to Dugan Funeral & Cremation, Ltd., 51 Asper Drive, Shippensburg. At Phillip's request, there will be no viewing. Friends are invited to a memorial service on Monday, December 22, 2025 at Shippensburg Church of the Nazarene, 429 E. Orange Street, Shippensburg, PA 17257 at 1:00pm.
