Phillip R. Inman, age 72 years, of Strunk, Kentucky died Tuesday, October 7, 2025 at the UK Bluegrass Hospice Care in Lexington, Kentucky.
He was born in Somerset, Kentucky on December 4, 1952 the son of the late Channer and Joyce (Jones) Inman. He had worked as a tool and die maker, enjoyed deer hunting, and had served his country in the US Navy.
In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by a brother, Allen Inman and sisters, Madgedean Kidd and Merika Coffey.
Survivors include his son, John Eugene Inman, Bellefontaine, Ohio; daughter, Stacie Marie (Inman) Trout of Bellefontaine, Ohio; brothers, Eddie Inman and wife, Sharon of Strunk, Kentucky and Johnnie Wayne Inman and wife, Linda of Stearns, Kentucky; 2 grandchildren, Samantha MOrgan and Tyler Horton(Sarah); and 7 great grandchildren.
Graveside services will be held 12pm Saturday, October 11, 2025 at the Mt. View Cemetery with Bro. Eddie Inman and Bro. Johnnie Wayne Inman officiating.
McCreary County Funeral Home entrusted with the arrangements.
