Phil and his wife, Carole were good friends and neighbors when we lived in Charlotte, NC. Phil was the go to guy in our neighborhood when you needed help on a project or repair.

I have known Phil since my freshman year at Virginia Tech. We have remained very good friends ever since. My wife, Kaye , and I have enjoyed many past visits and conversations with Phil and his deceased wife Carol . It is with sad heart to hear of his passing . My condolences go out to Mike and Robin in the lose of their father. May God be with you'll during this time of sorrow. Clarence Powell
