Phillip J. Miceli, 85, of South Barrington, Illinois, passed away peacefully on June 2, 2025. Born in Chicago on January 16, 1940, Phillip lived a life filled with love, quiet strength, and enduring devotion to his family.
He is survived by his cherished wife, Virginia, and their children, Gina (Bill) Stavrou and Michael (Jessica) Miceli. He was a proud grandfather to Christopher, Mia, and Matthew, and a dear brother to the late Lucille Frulla. Phillip will be fondly remembered as a loving husband, devoted father, and gentle grandfather whose warmth and integrity left a lasting impact on all who knew him.
A longtime resident of Palatine, Illinois, Phillip enjoyed the simple pleasures of life. He loved spending time on the golf course, watching classic Westerns, cheering on the Chicago Bears and Cubs, and dancing with his beloved Virginia. His appreciation for a good story and a quiet afternoon was a reflection of his peaceful spirit.
A private memorial mass will be held in his honor.
