Jeff and Sharry Obermyer
October 5, 2023
Phil was a very well liked friend at his 2nd home where I was a volunteer. Phil loved playing the card game Euchre. He most always had a smile on his face and loved reminiscing. He will be greatly missed. Rest in peace Phil. Jeff and Sharry Obermyer
