Born in Sapulpa, Oklahoma, on July 19, 1947, Phil's greatest joy in life was his family. He was a devoted husband, father, grandfather, uncle and friend, known for his kindness and unwavering love.
A proud Marine, Phil served his country with honor and returned home to build a beautiful life with his wife, Deborah "Debbie" Boyd-Norman. Together, they raised three beloved daughters, Cynthia Norman-Housman (Daniel), Lynda Norman, and Phyllis Norman-Komoroski (Ivan).
