A Celebration of Life service for Phillip Paul Rabon, 65, of Pelion, will be held at 12:00 PM, Wednesday, September 4, 2024, at the Mausoleum Chapel of Woodridge Memorial Park, 138 Corley Mill Road, Lexington, SC 29072.
Phillip Rabon passed away on August 27, 2024. Born in Aiken, he was a son of the late Howell Eugene Rabon and Alice Cornelia Young Rabon Wheatley. Phillip was a perfectionist with everything he did and enjoyed motorcycle riding and spending time with his children and grandchildren. He was a loving father, grandfather and brother who will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
Phillip is survived by his children, daughter, Jessica Plyler of Gaston; son, Jeremy McCants of Aiken; three grandchildren, Landon Seay, Abigail Shealy and Jacey –Mae Shealy; siblings, sisters, Pam Morrison (Mike) of Lawrenceville, GA; Debra Yates (Michael) of Lexington; brother, H.E. "Howell" Rabon, Jr. Of Boonsboro, MD; 2 nephews, Robert "Bob" Jeffcoat and Jason Jeffcoat (Ashley) and a large and loving extended family. Phillip was predeceased by his parents.

We grew up together in the same area and had several summers riding bicycles, mini bikes and small motorcycles with many other neighborhood kids in the nearby woods. I think I can speak for Phil by saying we were glad trees didn't talk... Rest In Peace Phil.
