I will deeply miss Phil. He was one of my oldest and dearest friends. I met him when I started working with him at ODNR. We quickly bonded and kept in close contact for at least 25 years. We vacationed a couple of times together and shared some amazing adventures. We were really very similar, and I will always remember his laughing at me or talking about all the stuff you're never supposed to talk about. I could always count on him no matter what. Rest in peace, my friend. Hopefully I'll see you again.
