Phillip Reid Sheppard

Mr. Phillip Reid Sheppard of Clarkton was born on September 22, 1983 in Scotland County to the late: Phillip Gregory Sheppard Jr. and Amy Bullock. He departed this life on April 1, 2025 completing his journey of 41 years.
Along with his father, he was preceded in death by paternal grandmother: Mary Fay Sheppard; maternal grandmother: Evalyn Halstead and his step-father: Kenneth Bullock.
Mr. Sheppard leaves to cherish his memories, his wife: Angela Sheppard of the home; his son: Ayden Sheppard of Laurel Hill; his step-children: Jeffery McNeill Jr. of Pembroke, James Devin McNeill of Hope Mills, Caleb McNeill of Red Springs, and Sarah Makenzie McNeill of the home; his mother: Amy Bullock of Raeford; his sister: Devon Cribb of Fuquay Varina; paternal grandfather: Phillip Gregory Sheppard Sr. and wife Betty of Laurinburg; his grandchildren: KJ, Alannah, Paisley, Onna, Keanu, Calian and Kaliyah; his niece and nephew: Tucker and Dayna as well as a host of relatives and friends.
He was truly a man who loved his family. Some of his favorite things to do were to spend time with his son on Sundays and cut grass with his grandsons. When he wasn't spending time with his family he was working hard to provide for them by doing the job he loved, welding. He also liked to play the guitar in his spare time. Though he is gone from our sight, may his love, memories, and legacy live on through each of us who loved him dearly.
The family will receive friends for visitation on Sunday, April 6, 2025 from 2-3 P.M. at God's Holy Assembly. The funeral will begin immediately following the visitation at 3 P.M.
