Phillip “Anthony” Snoozy, age 22 of Yankton, South Dakota, passed away unexpectedly on June 2, 2024, leaving behind a family and community who will miss him. 

A graveside service will be 4:30 PM on Friday, June 7, 2024 at the Garden of Memories Cemetery in Yankton, South Dakota.  Following the burial there will be a Celebration of life at Fantle Memorial Park, 2000 Douglas Ave. in Yankton. Family and friends are invited to come together to honor his memory.

Phillip Anthony Snoozy was born on June 7, 2001, in Yankton, South Dakota, to Scott and Lisa (Miles) Snoozy.  Anthony graduated from Yankton High School in 2019 and then went on to receive training in welding.  Anthony will be remembered for his kind heart, his infectious smile, and his unique ability to make those around him feel valued and appreciated.  He was very talented in art and loved playing guitar. His siblings, Alex, Jasmine, Joslyn, and Julie, will treasure their memories with him and the special moments they shared.

He leaves behind his son Jonah and Jonah’s mother, Erin Johnson; his father, Scott Snoozy of Montana; brother, Alex and his sisters: Jasmine, Joslyn, and Julie. 

He was preceded in death by his mother, Lisa.
