Phillip T. Toti

Phillip T. Toti, Sr., age 86 of East Taunton, formerly Hyde Park, passed away on October 21, 2025 at his residence with his loving family by his side.

He was the beloved husband of the late Anne (Memmo) Toti.

Born in Boston, Phillip was the son of the late Fillippo and Theresa (Caliento) Toti.

Before retiring, Mr. Toti was employed with McCourt Construction as a heavy equipment operator for many years.

He was a member of Union Local 4 of Boston, member of Christ Community Church of East Taunton.

Mr. Toti served his country with the army from 1956- 57.

He enjoyed spending time with his grand and great-grandchildren, as well as his grand fur babies Rosie, Lola, Dozer, Olive and Pepper, enjoyed old antique car shows, fishing, most of all Phillip cherished time spent with family and friends.

Phillip is survived by his loving children, Phillip T. Toti, Jr. and Carolann Diplatzi and her husband Joseph Raposo, grandfather of Phillip Toti, Ashley and her husband Kyle Haining, Allison and husband Justin Silveira, Lauren Toti, Angela and husband Tyler Goble, great-grandfather of Hunter, Ryleigh, Charleigh and Madison, survived by many nieces and nephews. He was also the brother of the late Anthony Toti, Joseph Toti and Gaetena DiTello.

Mr. Toti’s funeral with visitation will be held on Monday, October 27, 2025 at 9am with a funeral service to begin at 11am in the Chapel of the Silva Funeral Home 80 Broadway (at Saint Mary’s Square) Taunton.

Interment will follow in Knollwood Memorial Park in Canton.

In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts made to any organization to help animals in Mr. Toti’s memory, would be deeply appreciated.
