Phillis Hayes-Hootman Obituary
She was born October 1, 1959 in St. Joseph, Missouri to Stokley Hayes and El Nora (Taylor)Fattig.
Phillis married Ronald Lynn (Hootie) Hootman on April 20th, 2007 who preceded her in death on April 15, 2013.
She was a cook for Saxtons Riverside and Oregon Care Center prior to retirement.
She enjoyed fishing and being on the river with her husband, spending time with her family, especially her grandkids and her sister Kathy.
She was preceded in death by her husband; parents; daughter, Barbara Loins, and brother, Michael Fattig.
Survivors include children, Shaina Wright and Lee J Loins; sister, Kathy Madinger; brothers, Larry Henry, Mickey Henry, Duke Fattig, and Robbie Fattig; many grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
