Phoebe Renee Gordon-Hollinger

Phoebe Renee Gordon-Hollinger (25 years old) of Wichita, Ks & Roanoke, Va, tragically and unexpectedly, died on Saturday, November 8, 2025. Her family believes this loss came in direct response to the lack of care provided after a routine medical procedure, as Phoebe spent multiple days in recovery, and eventually succumbed to her injuries. To those who knew her, you would know that Phoebe was many things. She was kind and loving, a wonderful listener, a fiercely loyal friend, she was steadfast in her decision making, and she never backed down from fighting for the ones she loved. She was such a beautiful young mother and homemaker, a loving wife, a dependable sister, a cornerstone daughter & granddaughter, an always available when you need aunt, cousin, niece, and a friend to everyone who had the blessing of meeting her. Phoebe's loss leaves a hole in our hearts that can never be filled.

She was preceded in death by her daddy, Richard Dean Gordon, her paternal grandparents, Allan & Barbara Gordon, and her Maternal Grandfather, Robert Abshire.

She is succeeded in life by her husband, Donnell (D Hollinger, her children, Lamariyah (4) & Navi (1), her maternal grandmother, Barbara Jean Camper, her Mother, Karen Abshire Gordon, her brother, Michael Gordon, and countless loving cousins, uncles & aunts, friends and family.

For our family and friends, please keep us in your thoughts and prayers, for our strength and healing and for God's peace as we now journey forward in life, trying to navigate the path that lies before us, as a family without one of our best.

Phoebe's memorial service will be held on Monday, November 17", 2025 at Lotz Funeral Home in Vinton, Va. A public viewing is scheduled from 5:30p-6:30p, with a service immediately following.
