Phoebe O'Neal Obituary
Phoebe was a longtime resident of Madill, Oklahoma. She collected rocks and fossils. She was an avid horseback rider and enjoyed skiing on the lake.
She was preceded in death by her parents Dorothy Lorean (Jackson) and Lester Glenn Flanagan; sister Linda Sue Flanagan; and brother Gregory Glenn Flanagan.
Survivors include her brothers Shawn Michal Flanagan of Madill, Oklahoma.
Cremation services have been selected.
Funeral arrangements are under the direction of Gordon Funeral Home, 221 N. 3rd, Durant, 580-916-9090
