Phoebe Ann Petitt-Fourman, age 4, of Greenville, Ohio, passed away on October 24, 2025, surrounded by her loving family.

Born on March 8, 2021, Phoebe brought endless joy, laughter, and light to everyone who knew her. With her sparkling blue eyes and radiant smile, she had a gift for brightening any room she entered.

She was the beloved daughter of Nancy and Billie Petitt-Fourman, who cherished every moment of their time together. Phoebe adored her family, including her brothers and sisters, Kadyn (Madison), Emeri, Ritter, Tristen, Timothy, and Chrissy; her grandparents, Kenny and Carlene Lee of Greenville; her Grandma Sue and Jack of Chickasaw; her great-grandma Nancy Brown of Troy; her aunts and uncles, Bobbie and Adam Dapore of Greenville, Carl and Heidi Brown of New Madison, David Lee of Troy, and Sarah and Chris Nearon of Fort Recovery; her cousins, Lindsi, Tylend (Peyton), Austin (Natalie), Kara, Baylee, Eddy, Hayden, Brecken, and Kinlee; and her dear friend and case worker, Katina Crozier. All shared countless moments with Phoebe filled with laughter, play, and love.

Phoebe was greeted in Heaven by her grandparents, Mary and Wayne Brown, and two cousins.

Whether dancing to her favorite shows, Coco melon and Moana, wiggling and giggling to music, or enjoying her favorite snack…bananas, Phoebe’s happiness was contagious and her spirit unstoppable.

Her love, laughter, and light will forever live on in the hearts of her moms, her siblings, her extended family, and all who were blessed to know her. Phoebe Ann’s sparkle will never fade, it will continue to shine in every song, every smile, and every moment of love.

A celebration of Phoebe’s beautiful life will be held at 1:00 PM on Wednesday, October 29, 2025, at Tribute Funeral Homes, Greenville Campus. Burial will follow at Greenville Township Memorial Gardens.

Family and friends are invited to pay their respects on Wednesday from 11:00AM until the start of the service at 1:00 PM.

Memorial contributions may be directed to the family to assist with final expenses.
